Suzy Stick It is owned and run by Suzanne Nethaway and she is the data controller for the purposes of the . This will typically be your business or you, if you are a sole trader. When do we share personal data?
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out above.
• External Third Parties Services
• WordPress or GoDaddy – Providers acting as processors based the US who provide IT, system administration and payments processing. They secure data behind a secure firewall. If you choose a direct payment method, PayPal will process your card payment. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
• Professional advisers acting as processors including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based the UK who provide banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
• HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as processors based in the UK who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
• Marketing applications including Facebook, which is based in the US.
• Reporting and user experience including Google, PayPal and GoDaddy, which are based in the US.
• User experience
• Accounting records and payments processors including Paypal, which store data in the US.
• Order fulfilment assistance including the Post Office, MyHermes, Parcel Force and Royal Mail which are based in the UK and the EU. These processors help with order fulfilment including printing packing slips and postage labels.
• Customer service. We use email for customer service including GoDaddy, based in the US.
• Fraud prevention.
• Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We intend to store data electronically and within the UK.

We securely dispose of data after we no longer need it by deleting it from our server.

No fee required – with some exceptions
