SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT POSTAGE AND ORDERING We know that some of this is obvious, and that we repeat ourselves a little bit below, but not everyone reads all the way to the bottom! We are just really keen that nothing silly gets in the way of you getting your parcel with the minimum of fuss. Please check and double check that your delivery address and postcode are both correct before you complete your order. We are not able to take responsibility for delayed or undelivered orders where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided. If your order is not being delivered to a home, then please make sure that you’ve included the organisation’s name as well as the actual recipient’s name. This will increase the chances of a successful delivery. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has left our hands, the estimated delivery times are outside our control. They are provided by Royal Mail and, whilst no doubt generally accurate, this is not the case each and every time. It goes without saying that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. We will send you an email once we have dispatched your order. If you haven’t received an email confirming dispatch, then do please check junk mail folders etc. to see if it’s been redirected before contacting us. All of the prices on our site are in GB Pound Sterling. If you use another currency, then your card provider or PayPal will convert this into your currency using their exchange rates. Please note that if you are ordering from outside the EU, then this might mean that your order will incur duties or customs payments. You are responsible for paying these amounts, which vary from country to country. Your country’s customs office should be able to assist with further information, and it may be helpful for you to contact them prior to placing your order. If you are sending your purchases to multiple delivery addresses, then this will incur multiple delivery charges. HOW DO WE SEND YOUR PARCELS TO YOU? We deliver all around the world. We are based in the UK, and so the costs vary depending on where you would like your parcel sent. We use Royal Mail or our preferred courier company for deliveries. The main way that we determine how much postage and packing costs you is by the value of your order. We ship our deliveries in gorgeous bubble packets, pretty card-backed envelopes or cute boxes, depending on the volume of the order, and how best to keep your order safe. Whether you are buying for yourself or for a friend, we want your heart to soar when you see your parcel waiting for you! HOW DOES THE COST OF YOUR ORDER AFFECT THE COST OF P&P? When you get to the checkout, the available options can be selected. We know that you may wish to pay for a more expensive form of posting than we think is necessary – perhaps you want to receive your fabulous products in a hurry! Therefore, we leave it to you to choose what’s best for you from the possible options. We’ve carefully selected some amazing products, and we don’t want you to be let down once your parcel is out of our hands and is winging its way to you. Below are the options we think are best suited to safe and efficient delivery of our wonderful products right to you. Orders under £30 If you place an order for under £30, you can choose whether you want your delivery to be ‘signed for’ or not. We ship by second class Royal Mail or using our preferred courier company, as we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as you possibly can but keep postage costs to a minimum. If you choose first class tracked mail, then someone will need to be available to sign for your parcel, so please bear that in mind when you are selecting to which address you’d like your parcel sent. Orders over £30 If your order comes to more than £30 in value (excluding P&P), then we can only deliver on a ‘signed for’ basis. This will need someone to sign for the delivery, so please bear this in mind when you are selecting to which address you’d like your parcel sent. We do this to take advantage of the Royal Mail’s (or the courier company’s) compensation policy in the event that there’s a problem with the delivery. This gives everyone piece of mind that even when things go wrong, there should be an easy way to sort things out. Large Orders If you are placing a large order, we think you have very good taste, but then we would think that! We chose our products with people just like you in mind, and are pleased that you seem to like our products as much as we do! We’d also like to thank you for placing large orders by reducing the cost of your P&P. So: For UK deliveries:- If your order comes to more than £50, then you can select free P&P when you get to the checkout. For deliveries outside the UK:- We offer a discount on your P&P costs if your order is between £50 and £200, and you can select discounted P&P when you get to the checkout. If your order comes to more than £200, then you can select free P&P when you get to the checkout. Again, these orders will be sent by a ‘signed for’ mail service, which will require someone to sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are selecting the address to which you’d like your parcel sent. HOW DOES THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFFECT THE COST OF P&P? As we are based in the UK, the postage costs vary depending on where you would like your parcel sent. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce (or a preferred courier company) for deliveries. There are three geographical zones: UK, European Union, and the Rest of the World. The areas are determined by the Royal Mail. If you are unsure whether your delivery address is in a certain zone, then you can either visit the Royal Mail website or be guided by the choices available at the checkout. UK DELIVERY For orders up to £30: you can choose between Royal Mail 2nd Class and Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ 1st Class. ‘Signed For’ and requires someone to sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are selecting the address to which you’d like your parcel sent. For orders over £30: your order will be posted using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ 1st Class. ‘Signed For’ requires someone to sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are selecting the address to which you’d like your parcel sent. For orders over £50: if it’s all going to the same address, then you can select free P&P at the checkout! This will be sent by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ 2nd Class or the “signed for” service offered by our couriers. This requires someone to sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are selecting the address to which you’d like your parcel sent. If you are ordering for different addresses, then you might find that putting your orders through separately with as many as possible being over £50 is the most cost effective way to have your parcels delivered. EU DELIVERY For orders up to £30: you can choose between Royal Mail EU International Standard Delivery or Royal Mail EU International Tracked Delivery. Royal Mail EU International Tracked Delivery requires someone to sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are selecting the address to which you’d like your parcel sent. For orders over £30: your order will be posted using Royal Mail EU International Tracked Delivery or by My Hermes International. Sometimes when you order lots of lovely things they weigh a lot and the Royal Mail becomes prohibitively expensive as a postage option. We only use My Hermes International when the Royal Mail would cosy significantly more than you have paid for the postage. Both options require someone to sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are selecting the address to which you’d like your parcel sent. For orders over £50: if it’s all going to the same address, then you can select discounted P&P at the checkout! Although we can’t cover the whole of your P&P, we’d like to say thanks by discounting your P&P costs by 1/3! We will deliver using Royal Mail EU International Tracked Delivery or by My Hermes International. DOES THE NUMBER OF DELIVERY ADDRESSES AFFECT THE COST OF P&P? Yes. Each delivery to a different address counts as a new parcel for the purpose of calculating P&P costs. You might find that putting your orders through separately with as many as possible being over £50 is the most cost effective way to have your parcels delivered. CUT TO THE CHASE, WHAT’S THE COST? We have worked hard to try to keep these charges as low as possible, and there are times when we don’t pass on all the P&P costs onto you. We just want to love our products as much as we do! Set out below are our P&P charges. Please remember that the delivery time estimates below relate to the Royal Mail’s timeframes. They are only estimates, and once your parcel leaves our hands, the timeframes are beyond our control. They do not include processing time within our offices, but we hope to get your parcel on its way with 48 hours from your placing your order (save for weekends, when we don’t do a Saturday post drop so orders placed on Thursday/Friday will be posted by Monday, unless it’s a bank holiday). Please note that paying for signed for first class delivery or international tracked delivery does not mean that your parcel will leave our offices the same day as you ordered; our processing time remains the same but you have added piece of mind once the parcel has left our hands. Finally, please remember that Suzy Stick It is run by me, Suzy, on my own.  I have a young family and a “proper” job too. Sometimes there may be a delay of a day in posting if life gets in the way – hopefully you can sympathise! UK DELIVERY

*In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to refund or refuse your order if the actual cost of postage to your destination outstrips the price paid at the checkout. We will seek to accommodate all orders where possible and may offer alternative shipping options or request additional postage is paid, should postage to your destination be particularly expensive or not available. WHAT IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS? Let’s hope that you’ll get your parcel swiftly and efficiently. If not, then please email us at suzy@suzystickit.com to tell us about the problem. We’ll do what we can to sort out the issue. Although there is protection against problems offered by the Royal Mail, we hope to be able to go above and beyond if necessary to make you happy.
